General meetings
General meetings are composed of all the members of the pool, with each member having one vote.
A general meeting is qualified as extraordinary when decisions relate to an amendment of the bylaws, the co-reinsurance agreements, or the dissolution of the pool.
The ordinary general meeting specifically rules on admissions to the pool, examines voluntary resignations, and appoints the directors as well as the statutory auditor(s).
The agenda for the meetings is determined by the Board of Directors.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors comprises at least ten and at the most fifteen directors, appointed each year by the ordinary general meeting.
The Board of Directors appoints a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson from among its members.
It also appoints a Managing Director upon the recommendation of the Chairperson.
The Board may meet as often as the interests of the pool require; in recent years, it has typically met twice a year.
